Returns
I received my product, but I would like to return it.
If you got the wrong the size and want to change the clothes contact our customer care on info@chickenline.it within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will give you all instructions how to proceed.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
- All tags must be attached in its original form
- All returns and exchanges must include the copy of your order or order confirmation
- Returns are made as soon as we receive the wrong products back
- Please note that size exchange is not provided for items out of stock. Return of products no more available is not possible.

How does the refound policy works?
We make it simple for you – if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to exchange please bear in mind you can only exchange like-for-like, meaning the same product in a different size or color, for the item you are returning. Our team will do their best to fulfill this request (subject to stock availability). If you want a completely different item please continue with your return for a full refund and re-order on-line. In case of size change please proceed with a new order online.

Refunds will be made via PayPal or on the credit card used during your purchase.
A refund includes the purchase price of the ordered products only, with the exception of shipping costs, custom duties which will remain at your expense.
