RETURNS & REFUNDS

I received my product, but I would like to return it

If you got the wrong the size and want to change the clothes or if you are not satisfied with any of your Chicken Line item, you may return it to us for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please contact our customer care on info@chickenline.it. We will give you all instructions to proceed.

We remind you that:

    • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
    • All tags must be attached in its original form
    • Items must be without any scuffs, scratches, stains or hair.
    • All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt
    • Please note that size exchange or return is not possible for items in the Final Sale promotion or for products out of stoc

How does the refund policy work?

​Refunds are made after checking integrity of the returned products, which have be shipped with care in the original packaging.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
  • All tags must be attached in its original form
  • All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt
  • Please note that size exchange or return is not possible for items in the Final Sale promotion or for products out of stock

Refunds will be made, after checking integrity of the returned products, on the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.

A refund includes the purchase price of the ordered products only.  Shipping costs, with the exception of postage fees for returning the product and any custom duties and taxes you already paid  will remain at your expense.
