RETURNS & REFUNDS

I received my product, but I would like to return it

If you got the wrong the size and want to change the clothes or if you are not satisfied with any of your Chicken Line item, you may return it to us for refund. 

Please contact our customer care on info@chickenline.it. We will give you all instructions to proceed.

We remind you that:

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
  • All tags must be attached in its original form
  • Items must be without any scuffs, scratches, stains or hair.
  • All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt
  • Returns are made within 30 days from receipt of the intact items
  • Please note that size exchange is not provided for items in the Final Sale promotion. In case of wrong size or return, we will offer you a store credit of equal value that can be used for a future purchase

How does the refund policy work? 

​Refunds are made within 30 days from receipt of the intact items with which will be shipped with care in the original packaging.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
  • All tags must be attached in its original form
  • All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt
  • Please note that size exchange is not provided for items in the Final Sale promotion. In case of wrong size or return, we will offer you a store credit of equal value that can be used for a future purchase

Refunds will be made within 30 days from the date we get back the item on the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.

A refund includes the purchase price of the ordered products and the shipping costs, with the exception of postage fees for returning the product and any custom duties and taxes you already paid which will remain at your expense.
