How To buy
How can I place an order?
 

You can start shopping by selecting the product and size

Add your items of choice into the shopping cart. (if one size is not available or an item is out of stock, you cannot add it to the cart)

Proceed with payment “checkout with Paypal” and then selct how you would like to pay (if with your Paypal account or credit card)

Enter your shipping address at check out and it is done!

You can start choosing products without creating an account for the moment, When payment has been completed, then ou can fill in your personal datas and address for delivery.

 

Can I place an order by phone?
 

At the moment this is not available, you can only place orders through our website.

 

 

How do I know if an item is not available?
 

If the products are out of stock or the sizes of an article are out of stock, you cannot add it to the cart.

Order Confirmation
 

You will receive an email to confirm successful payment and invoicing of purchase. If you have a problem processing your payment online, you are not certain if your payment was successful please send an e-mail to info@chickenline.it

Cancel or amend an Order
 

If your item(s) are not in Prepared for Shipment or Shipped status, you may be able to cancel or amend an item or the entire order. Please email your request to info@chickenline.it and our team will do their best to fulfil your request

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Click on the link you receive by mail to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

What are the delivery times? 

Delivery times vary depending on the Country of destination. Standard shipping is by 1-3 days for domestic deliveries, 2-3 working days for the whole of Europe. Some countries and islands will have a little longer: 4-8 days.

 

Where do you deliver?
 

We ship with DHL worldwide. Please send an e-mail to info@chickenline.it for any question and to check available services. The cost is for the shipping cost only and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country. If you do not lease contact us at info@chickenline.it

 

Where can I find the order confirmation email?

As soon as you place an order, you will be receive a confirmation email to the email address used for registration. The email contains all the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, and it is not present in your inbox, please check in your junk or spam. In case you do not find it there either, please contact customer service at info@chickenline.it in order to ask for an extra copy.

How do I track the progress of my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link you receive by mail once your order has been shipped. The system is constantly updated.

How can I change my delivery address?

Contact us at info@chickenline.it to get further information. It is very important to use a valid shipping address where someone can be present to receive the merchandise. Our official couriers are BRT or DHL, that requires a signature in order to have a proof of delivery and avoid any kind of issue.

What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?

Our couriers will attempt 3 times to deliver the package and try to contact you before delivery in case you are not at home. If you are not available, you can always call the courier to arrange delivery on another day. It is very important to be present, because in case of damage when traveling, you can immediately open a dispute to the courier, checking the integrity and the product before signing the package.

 

The status of my order is delivered but I have not received it 

Maybe a neighbor has withdrawn the package for you, while you were not available. Please check the link containing your Tracking Number you have received by e-mail once your package has been shipped. Click on the link you have received to check the most up-to-date status of your order. The courier requires a signature for the delivery so you can see who has withdrawn the package.

 

RETURNS

I received my product, but I would like to return it 

If you got the wrong the size and want to change the clothes contact our customer care on info@chickenline.it We will give you all instructions how to proceed.

· Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed

· All tags must be attached in its original form

· All returns and exchanges must include the copy of your order or order confirmation

· Returns are made as soon as we receive the wrong products back, 

· Please note that size exchange is not provided for items out of stock. In case of wrong size or return of products no more available, we will offer you a store credit of equal value that can be used for a future purchase

How does the refund policy work? 

We make it simple for you - if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition. If you whish to exchange please bear in mind you can only exchange like-for-like, meaning the same product in a different size or color, for the item you are returning. Our team will do their best to fulfil this request (subject to stock availability). If you want a completely different item please continue with your return for a full refund and re-order on-line.

Refunds will be made via Paypal or on the credit card used during your purchase.

VAT SALES TAXES

Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT (value added tax).

According to the delivery Country there may be local taxes and duties for you order. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for these charges in any way, nor do we receive any of this money. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. For the Countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated beforehand, you will be asked to pay them at delivery to the courier.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties

DHL or BRT are our couriers for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number of the delivery once your package has been shipped from our Italian HQ, latest 1 working day after order date.

PAYMENTS

How do I make payments?

The payment is due at the time of purchase and confirmation of your order. You can pay directly from our website by Paypal or credit cards via Paypal Secure Payments system. If you want to pay with your Paypal account proceed by selecting Paypal in the list of payments accepted, if you want to pay with credit card please proceed with “checkout with Paypal” and then select your credit card. The charge on your credit card, will be made at the time of order.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Discover.

My payment has not been successful. Why?
 

Make sure the information you entered are correct, and that your credit card has sufficient availability to cover the amount of the purchase and that your card has not expired. We inform you that we do not accept payments made by cash or debit cards.
